Worked exactly as claimed - no fuss at all. A complete amateur managed to unlock an HTC Magic from the TMN network first go. Can recommend this service.

Worked just as they said, but I did need to put the code it twice not once, once for the phone and once for the network, but it works and its simple.

Most of the shops on the high street charge less for the unlock but say that all information on the phone will be erased, plus they say it will take half an hour; meaning that your phone will be in the hands of a total stranger. I just couldnt go through with all that backing up info and trusting the guy at the shop with my phone.So i tried this...I received the code within half an hour of making the payment...(used paypal) My Desire HD was initially locked on T-Mobile UK and now I can use my vodafone sim and also use the phone on holiday :). T-mobile said it will take between 10-28days, but i urgently needed the unlock for holiday. So Im happy.Dont worry about the spelling mistakes you encounter during the process these lot are technical pros and are trustworthy. Thank you!

Although an additional document to confirm the paypal account was requested, i've got the unlocking code within 2 (two) days. I had to use the second unlocking method (through the menu) but it worked well.
