But if you have not original sim.
You can make your LG KU990 actived in 4 step:

1. Without sim phone power "ON"
2. Hold "camera" + "lock" button
3. You will get key pad write 2945#*990#.
4. Press active code.
5. Your cellphone will be restart
6. Turn off cellphone and insert your sim (internation sim)

Will done and working 100% :D
