I ordered the unlock code for a new Motoral RAZR2 V9x and paid $14.99. I received the code a few hours later. I entered the code on the phone. It took 5 minutes and phone was unlocked. I could use a European Sim card. It was perfect. Note that instructions for entering code on Motoral was not entirely clear. The service is highly recommended.
