Thanks for unlocking my Blackberry ! First code they gave to me was incorrect, but maybe it's probably my phone was locked on another network, so support asked me for MEP and now it's working perfectly.
My only suggestion to this team is to answer faster on tickets, because it took me 2 days to succeed.

4 x codes supplied for my Bold 9700.
3rd code worked a treat and my phone is now unlocked. Very painless unlocking procedure that took no more than 5 minutes.

I got 4 codes and the 4th code was the magic number. This $24 saved a lot of heart ache after we purchased a phone from Craigslist and got ripped off. The phone was a T-Mobile phone when we were told it was AT&T. Thanks to this web site, I got a code that makes the phone usable with my AT&T Sim card.

Все работает. Ждать кода пришлось 30-40 мин. Разблокировал не по инструкции. Ни в какое меню лезть не пришлось, как только вставил СИМку другого провайдера, тел предложил ввести МЕР.
Первый номер телефон не принял, второй сработал.

Hi everybody!
Every now my phone is working with SIM of other provider. Was waiting for unlock code for 30-40 mins.
I switched off wireless connections, insert SIM of other provider, and phone asked me to enter MEP code. So, I wasn't need to go in to menu!

i just waited for an hour for my codes to arrive. after then, i tried the codes and at the first code it displayed an error message. then on the second code, my phone accepted it and the rest was it. i can now use my phone to my network of choice!!
