Although the unlock code came through and the Support Centre were helpfull I had some issues:

* You can only sumbit one support call, so if its closed there is no way to contact anyone. You cant re-open the call either.
* Although the code worked, the wrong set of intructions were sent through. I have a Storm and yet I needed to use the 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx walk through to get the phone unlocked.
* Some people have mentioned that it took hours to get the code, for me it took 9 days.

Ive very happy that the phone is unlocked, and would recommend the site to other people but I would make the points above clear to them.

Great Service..... Takes a little more time for particular models, but you do get to use any simcard on your phone......... Its totally worth the wait and money...

My Blackberry 8310 curve which was locked on O2 network (UK) has been unlocked successfully. The code provided by them worked perfectly well. The waiting period is not set by these guys but depends on RIM database release. These guys are worth it. Highly recommended.

I had my doubts when I paid for the service as I know you do run a risk whenever you hand out your IMEI, but I decided to go through with it since I did want my phone unlocked. The service did unlock my Pearl Flip 8220 as advertised, although it didnt quite as fast as people raved about in their testimonials. The code came exactly a week after payment, a bit slow but worth the wait since I now have T-Mobiles exclusive Blackberry on AT&T.. Would recommend this service to others with a note that it may be a bit slow with some models.
