I unlocked a -Mobile G1 so I can also use it on Rogers in Canada. The code worked perfectly. So does the phone. I believe you sent it within an hour, maybe less. I recomme3nd you folks highly. One small thing - I did not need to use a PIN. You might show that as optional on your form. But...great work.

I received the code within a couple of hours! It was fast, easy, reliable, and a lot less of a hassle than calling Tmobile.
